I cant change my content lock

Wen i try to change my content lock wen i get to mange devices it says device not recognise

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.


To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
