I cannot get my phone to work

We bought SIM cards and cannot get them to work or setup, what are we doing wrong?  We follow the directions

We are in the Czech Republic. We were told it would work here.

Are they pay as you go SIM cards?

 

Did you activate them in the UK before you travelled?

Hi,

They are prepaid for 4G MMB Multi 2 GB SIM and we put them in our phones when we got to the Czech republic because we were told to wait to install them after leaving the U.S. We flew right into Prague.

Hi @Sprinkles,

 

To activate a new EE SIM, it must be connected to the EE network in the UK.

 

I'm afraid they can't be activated when roaming on an overseas network.

Then amazon should not be selling them and advertising them the way they do. What a ripoff
