I cannot drop down mobile roaming, I can’t make any calls, just says no mobile.M

I cannot drop down mobile roaming I cannot make any call ,phone just says no mobile network yet my wife is with EE and has no problem

Thanks for coming here.

 

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

 

If you have a pay monthly account can you follow the below steps?  

 

Can you log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and Call Abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if this is set up for you, if not can you activate this?
