I can't seem to use EE billing on my phone

I trying to use EE billing on my android phone and it's saying errors to SMS please try again what do I do?

Use a different payment method. 

 

The service may not be authorised on your account. Give EE CS a call on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
