I can not log into my ee app to check my bill. I have not been on for awhile. I have tried changing password as it does not recognise mine but the link comes a day later and does not work. I read days register if not used since Jan tried and get error . Says add phone number and says already registered

Can you log in via the EE website? If not then call EE CS tomorrow and ask them to delete your online account, you should then be able to register again.

Jan. strikes a chord. Are you with Orange by any chance?
If so, Orange online access was removed on 29th Dec. The only way to manage your Orange a/c now is by text or phone. Have a read of Orange Your Account closure - explained .
