I broke my handset whilst on holiday, what can I do?

I have just began a two week holiday in America and have managed to break my handset (Samsung Galaxy A3). If I were in the country I would try and get to an EE store but seeing as I don't return to England until the 20th I don't know what to do.

Can someone please help me?

There's nothing much you can do unfortunately until you get home.

If you have access to another EE handset via a family member or friend who is there with you, you could always put your EE SIM card into their handset to check messages / calls etc.

Good morning @Heward

Thank you for coming back and replying 🙂

Have you taken out insurance for the device you have damaged?

I think @Lee_H was trying to maybe point you to a Samsung support centre in New York.

I think if you enter the Zip Code, it may generate support center's in that area, so you could maybe take the phone into there.

Thanks

Richard
