Huawei p20 pro

I made upgrade three days ago online and I collect in carphone warehouse. I wanted dual sim model and I got single sim. Any chance to exchange.?

If you upgraded via third party then you need to contact them as EE are not responsible for the devices they provide, just the airtime tariff.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
