Hi @Pepsi22, welcome to the EE Community.
I know @Leanne_T has already stepped in here, but I think I might know how to solve this issue or the cause of it.
Please may I ask if when these apps close, do you see an error message saying "(app name) has stopped" or "(app name) isn't working"? If it is the second error message, do you see options to wait for the app to respond or close it?
Please let me know if the error message says different to those above, or if you see no error message at all.
Is it every 5 minutes exactly they close? Is it definitely only exercise apps having this issue?
Do the apps completely close (are they open in the background and you're just redirected to the home screen)?
I hope the EE Community can get this sorted for you, I look forward to your response.

Only apps using maps HP's everything else is fine phone been for repair still no good been told to send it assy again thanks for help

Do you mean send it back again (Don't worry, we all make typos - life would be boring otherwise )?
If this is the case, I would advise you to send it back and hopefully you will have your issue sorted.

Sorry bit garbled yes downloaded apps all work on my old s5 they simply stop and close after 5 mins ish rest of Phone fine

If apps are working on your old phone, but not your current one, I do suggest contacting Huawei to solve the issue - you might need to return the phone so if you do, I would keep the SIM card handy and use your S5 until it's fixed.

I know you may have already tried this, but could you please try rebooting the phone?
If that doesn't work, I recommend turning Location Services off and back on again:
Tap Access to my location to switch on/off.
Could you re-test after that?

Tried that before and no joy think i have tried pretty much everything with no joy think the phone is broken but ee not having it really disappointed with the support they have offered

Hi Yed spoken ti them twice they have not come across the problem offered to send envelope for me to return it for inspection but chose the we route now not sure this was a good idea

Been advised to send away again which i will do will have lost a new phone for a month Will update when i get back do you think i should forget ee and send it back to haewi?
