I have paid my bill but my Google play still says service is blocked. How do I change this?
EE have no involvement with Google play so what are you trying to do, when this problem occurs?

Is your Google Play account now unblocked?
If, not I would suggest that you contact the Google play help centre where they may be able to look into this for you.
