How do I remove new voicemail notification as I don't have a new voicemail🤨

For about a month now I've had this notification at the top of the screen saying you have a new voicemail, the clear button is greyed out and when no press on the notification it takes men to my voicemailnwhich says you have no new messages.

  1. Try texting VM OFF to 150.
  2. Look in Notification section of Settings to see if Voicemail is listed & ON. Turn it OFF.

Hi @Nj1976 and welcome to the community.

This is very strange, could I get you to call your own number to leave a voicemail and intern then clear the voicemail you have just left.

Let me know how you get on.

Many thanks,

Lee

I have a galaxy s9+ if that makes any difference. I have just left my self a voicemail, then used the new voicemail notification that won't go way to listen to it. It says you have 1 new voicemail so I listened to it then deleted it. Notification still remains.

Hi @Nj1976

Thanks for trying this for us.

I have sent you a private message on here, so I can get some details from you.

Thanks,

Lee
