How do I know if I'm insured

IS there a way to find out if I'm insured without ringing up EE?

If you log in your My EE > Tap > Menu > Plans & add-ons > Select the device you want to view > Tap the add-ons tab.

 

This will show if you have insurance and what type of cover it is.

Unless it says on your bill you will have to call EE.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
