How do I get my new phone to work?

The sales man in the EE Shop said that the phone would automatically start working after a couple of days, yet its been a week and im still recieving all calls and texts on my old phone and nothing on my new one.

Does your existing sim not fit in your new phone?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@beckywhittle22, Have you rung customer services and spoken to them? I had to activate mine myself via the website. Does your old SIM card work in your new phone, is it the same size as the new one?
