How do I get back onto orange dolphin pay as you go?

How do I get back onto orange dolphin pay as you go instead of ee pay as you go? I switched when I got a new phone but it doesn't work out for me and when I called ee they said they couldn't switch me back even though they could take me off orange onto ee

You can't! It's a one-way-street! EE no longer provides new Orange plans; only allowing existing ones to continue, but you gave away yours.

To phone EE: The local rate landline number +44 207 362 0200 or Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobiles; Option 2 for 4G WiFi; Option 3 for Home Broadband & EE TV.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC

Re: How do I get back onto orange dolphin pay as you go?

Hi @Sandy1968,

Welcome to the EE Community.

As @XRaySpeX said, it's not possible to move back to an Orange plan after moving to EE.

We have a range of different pay as you packs available. Please take a look to see if there is one that's more suited to how you use your phone.

Thanks

James
