Try factory resetting your device.

I recommend following @Northerner's advice to backup and restore your phone. Please back up your phone and follow these instructions to restore it:
Remove the Data Card, if applicable.
Scroll to and tap Settings
|5||Tap Reset Factory Settings|
Tap Reset Phone
|7||Tap Reset Phone|
The phone will reset data and reboot.

@LDS73 What does it say in settings under Fingerprint ID? Have you tried to delete any there now, and re-enroll them?
