How come I only get 4g and am with ee

It could be one of many different reasons. 


  • Have you checked EE Network Status Checker for problems.
  • Are you in the UK?
  • Are you in a good signal area?
  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract?
  • What device do you have?
  • Have you made sure data is active on your device?


To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Welcome to the community.


To use 5G, you need a 5G enabled phone, 5G price plan and to be in an area covered by 5G.
