Hi, I pay insurance on my phone, it won't charge properly, flicks and freezes

It freezes, flickers, despite numerous chargers cuts off, I can't even restart it or turn it off sometimes, 

I pay insurance, should I send it in?

@Izzylily  if your insurance is with EE you need to call them and make a claim.

It is with them, a replacement would be fine, I love the phone.... Obvs not at moment
