Hi I have a business phone that will not connect to a network in Ashgabat

Hi , I can not connect to the network in Ashgabat Turkmenistan and can not get to go onto on line chat as it is a business phone so dont know accounts etc. Can any one help

You will need to contact your employer to establish if you have roaming activated. If not they will need to arrange this with EE.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Still does not work, my company has conntacted EE who say get the MTS network in Ashgabat, tried and failed, i cant even call them or have a live chat, how can you do business like this. Have tried taking out the sim etc but still does not work,

Hi @Darren5,

 

If roaming is activated you should be able to connect.

 

It could be a local network issue.

 

If you ask the account holder to add you to the account you'll be able to talk with customer services.

I have roaming turned on, but nothing, My company will not add me on the list. Why can i just not do this online without signing in, its just crazy?

It's due to data protection law.

 

Our customer service team can't access the account without authorisation from a named account holder.

 

It's worth asking your company to get back in touch to let customer services know you are having issues connecting.
