Hi, I changed my phone now my signal is terrible

Hi

I changed my phone on Sunday from iPhone to Samsung, now my signal is terrible, how can this be?

@Anniebuckle   different device manufacturer with a difference antenna in that device.

Is it just the signal bars that are different? These can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

 

Are you having problems with your calls, texts or data?

A bit of both, the bars don't seem to show any signal, my partner who also changed his phone is not receiving phone calls and works on call?

Could you have a look to see if there are any network problems in your area? You can check on our network status checker.

The checker is saying I should receive a great signal inside and out, however my phone has the one tiny bar showing?

Hi I received information below, but I can't find wifi calling in my settings? Can you help, 

Hi Ann, can you try this please.
1.Tap Phone.
2.Tap Options. (The 3 dots)
3.Tap Settings.
4.Tap scroll to WiFi Calling to enable disable.

Yes, the Samsung phones we received are part of the package, from the EE shop .

I have a Samsung A40?
