Helpdesk phone number

Locale on phone is preset to China & my country not listed. Does this effect my billing?

Hello @goldvixis changing the country/time zones on your phone will not effect you billing wise but you may lose access to some websites if they fail to recognise the correct date/time and cannot match the correct security certificates. 🙂

I can't change the locale, but can change the date and time zone (wierdly)
it's an Mi5s. Any ideas?

I have already been there and posted a request. No response as yet but I
find many of their answers to be in broken English and difficult to follow,
so I thought I would ask here. Thanks for the help though.
