Haven’t used my phone in couple of months, now no msgs or calls coming through?

I haven’t used my phone in couple of months, recently turned it back on but no calls or texts are coming through. I’m back in Ireland and haven’t topped it up in prob about a year wondering if this might be why?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

When did you use it last for outgoing calls or texts or buying a pack? Receiving calls or texts don't keep it activated.

I think it’s probably been about a year since I last topped it up or properly used it!

Next time with an EE PAYG SIM, just make a call or text at least once every 6 months.

I'm a PATG for EE, now I'm Malaysia, after I top up from internet, my phone was deactivated, How can I activate it from abroad...TQ
