HELP USING MY SONY ABROAD

Hi can someone please help, I was told when contacting EE that my phone was all set up for using abroad, but when I went abroad it wouldnt work. I am going away next week with work on my own and am worried that the same will happen again? Any help would be much appreicated.

@Erin1983   Text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming on your account.  When you get to your destination restart your device and enable data roaming on the device if you have this option.

It could have been an issue with the local network.

 

To be safe, please get in touch with customer services and we'll make sure your account is activated for roaming.
