Hi can someone please help, I was told when contacting EE that my phone was all set up for using abroad, but when I went abroad it wouldnt work. I am going away next week with work on my own and am worried that the same will happen again? Any help would be much appreicated.

@Erin1983 Text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming on your account. When you get to your destination restart your device and enable data roaming on the device if you have this option.
