@margie07989 If it’s possible it’ll be in the app settings or in system sounds.

I dont think there is a way of turning off shutter sounds in european mobiles. I believe it's to help with protecting people from unwanted images. Perverts, up-skirt images etc... Some other countries allow shutter sounds to be switched off but european models dont. Some mobiles allow the sound to be changed but not turned off.

Thank you for your reply
I have previously found with all mobiles (including European) that I could silence the shutter simply by turning down the volume but this does not work with the HAWK

Thankyou for getting back to me
I'm sorry but I do not quite understand your reply. If you are telling me to go into all the camera settings I have already done this and there is no option for turning the sound sown or off

Hi James B
I have not yet had a rep;y from Lee to offer me a solution to turn off the camera shutter sound. Can you look into this for me please

Thankyou James - do u think they might update their software to allow for this - I mention this because I was told in the EE Phone shop that this might be the case if enough people complain about it ?

@margie07989 At present this is not possible on that device.
In fact I've just given you the solution with this answer.
A solution might not be what your want but it’s the answer to your question.
