Google Pixel audio issues

Hi.  I have a Google Pixel. Had it since it came out. Over the past few weeks I've been having problems with the speaker and microphone. Google told me to return the phone to be replaced. EE have told me they will not replace the device but try and fix it. Why can't EE just replace the phone?. If I send it to Google it will take 14 days for a replacement. Any advice would be good. Thanks

Re: Google Pixel audio issues

If Google said send it to them and they would replace it then take that option rather than send it to EE. If you have had the device more than 30 days then EE will send the phone for repair as consumer regulations dictate.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Re: Google Pixel audio issues

Hi @Donlums and welcome to the community.

Just to clarify if the device is returned to an EE store after 28days we will send it off for repair.

You would be offered a loan phone in the meantime. (Stock permitting)

Many thanks,
