Hi. I have a Google Pixel. Had it since it came out. Over the past few weeks I've been having problems with the speaker and microphone. Google told me to return the phone to be replaced. EE have told me they will not replace the device but try and fix it. Why can't EE just replace the phone?. If I send it to Google it will take 14 days for a replacement. Any advice would be good. Thanks

If Google said send it to them and they would replace it then take that option rather than send it to EE. If you have had the device more than 30 days then EE will send the phone for repair as consumer regulations dictate.
