Google Pixel WiFi calling not working

I have a Google pixel bought from EE. The wifi calling was working until earlier this week, now the option to turn on wifi calling in the settings menu has disappeared and the function doesn't work.

I am running the latest version of Android. There was a recent security patch released for the Android platorm, and the loss of the wifi calling may have coincided with this update - but I'm not sure.

Can anyone help? Or is anyone else having similar problems?

Re: Google Pixel WiFi calling not working

Hi @Innes80

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Please try backing up your device and restore to the factory settings:-

  1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Backup & reset.
  4. Tap Factory data reset.
  5. Tap RESET PHONE.
  6. Tap ERASE EVERYTHING.

The device has been restored to factory settings.

Once done, please test and let me know if the WiFi calling option is back.
