How many previous owners can a ‘good as new’ phone have?

Zero, as they are normally return handsets within the first 14 days.

It’s just that when purchasing a GAN phone you also get a 14 day cooling off period, so I wondered whether GAN phones may potentially have already been returned several times over by previous customers within the cooling off period, IYKWIM.

Hi @TScully

 

Each time a phone is returned to us, they’re extensively tested, reset and repackaged and are in perfect working condition – you won’t be able to tell them apart from a new device.

 

You also still get the full manufacturer's warranty.

 

If a phone is not in perfect working condition, it won't be re-issued as a good as new device.
