Galaxy s10+ Delay Ceramic white.

Have pre ordered galaxy s10+ on ceramic white 512gb.. On Sunday... 

Have since been chasing for my order with no result? 

 

I have not had any contact from ee or dpd stating my order is going to be delayed until I personally contacted them. 

 

Ee still has no information as to when my order is going to be 3ven shipped.. yet some customers have had explained that theirs will be delayed by 21 days from date of pre order. 

 

Also what is the point of telling your customer that you'll update them later on that day just to never contact them.. is that so we hang up and you don't have to give any awful excuses? 

 

The website still states 7 day dispatch which is disgrace. 

 

Will be cancelling the pre order if it's not here and simply buying one in store. 

 

I don't blame EE for delay... I blame ee for the way it's being handled.

Awaiting Confirmation on the online order tracking.

however have had an email from EE saying order confirmed and giving me my order number in format 000*******

Also Have spoke to CS, they confirmed there was stock of ceramic white. and I was on my day 6 of my dispatch date. and should of had a notice yesterday, yesterday came, and nothing still...

Shall be cancelling later on today, and waiting for a 5G version at this point.

Did you order in store, online or over the phone?

 

How long has this error shown for you?

 

Also, are you using your 000 number or XKN number?

@Leanne_T I ordered online on the 28th Feb, it is a xkn numer and it has shown that since the 28th feb.

I called CS last night as I have few issues and wow, was on for over 1 hour with no result at all.

My Ceramic white one should be with me in 7 days I was told, so not this Fiday at all!

My wifes upgrade has these issues

 

1 cant get BT sport, tried everything, they're suppost to reset BT and get back to me Monday....eeerrr no

2 Apple music says 3 months free not 6 like EE are advertising

3 No bag or info on how to send her old phone back

 

What has happened to EE they have always been superb and I've been with them for over 20 years, but now.......

  1. What happens when you try and set up BT Sport?
  2. Has she had the Apple offer previously with us?
  3. Also, was this an annual upgrade?

She has upgraded 6 months early

BT sport says you have not activated it, so I press activate then  email and password then it asks If Im a EE BT sport customer then gives error, ring EE  id003

It is linking my old BT landline number up to this EE account I think

 

She has had Apple about 2 years ago I think

 

Just called Carphone Warehouse they have loads of Ceramic White 512g in stock for tomorow so whats EE playing at??
