Faulty upgrade

Hi. I got a new upgrade 2 weeks ago but the phone is faulty when charging and making calls. Am i entitled to a new phone?

Hi @nicoleboydell19 Yes you are if you got it online or over the phone you need to call Ee and tell them if you got it in store you can return it to them and ask for a replacement
