Everytime I try and purchase something, my account keeps saying its on hold??

I've contacted ee about this problem and they said they had removed a 0 pound spend cap and I could start purchasing things, but it's not not allowing me to purchase anything

@Robyn10145  have you tried restarting the device? How long ago did you have this spend removed? As this can take up to 24 hours for it to filter through.

I have restarted my device and its been over 24 hours now, I've also looked through my Google play and it's got nothing to do with that either, I am a loyal customer and I pay my bills on time, every time
