EE brent cross store contact

Hi,

Apologies for not posting in the correct location, however I could not find a store location.

Basically my phone has died, however before the death of my phone, I had already paid a deposit for a new pixel XL in black 128 GB at the Brent cross store approx. 12 days ago.

For the last 6 days I’ve been trying to ring the store; however it seems like the stores shut permanently. Never had I been able to get through to anyone and I don’t fancy taking a trip to store for bad news.

Can someone help for another way to get hold of the store? I have rang today 8 times with no answer on the number 0203 209 0003, cannot believe the so called 2nd largest EE store in London can’t even answer the phone, is this a sign of bad customer service and the reviews online about this store aren’t that great neither!!

Re: EE brent cross store contact

That is the correct phone no. for Brent X. EE stores seem to have a tendency for not answering the phone. All you can do is keep trying or go round there.
