I have an EE Harrier tablet that I have hard reset. It will not let me enter my google account into the device. I get a message saying "This device was reset. To continue, sing in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device". I cannot do as it asks as the account that was on this device is no longer used and cannot be accessed.
Can anyone advise how to get around this so it can be set up with a new Google Account?

Welcome to the EE Community.
This is a security feature called device protection.
You would need to login with your Google account details or passcode and remove the account from the device.
If you have forgotten your Google account password you can reset it online.
