Direct Carrier debit

Hello. I've got a contract with Ee and i want to activate Carrier debit in order to use it for google play payments. I have 3rd party content deactivated so there is no restriction for me but still doesn't work. Anyone knows what can i do to use this feauture?

You need to speak to CS direct as it may not be authorised on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@Mirela1996  Call customer services to make sure it’s not active on your account.  And it will probably take a few hours for it to work on your account once it is deactivated.

Hi @Mirela1996 and welcome to the community

 

If you have 3rd party content deactivated this would stop you from using carrier billing.

 

Please give customer services a quick call to look into this for yourself.
