 Hi, I need a lost phone  number I called in may  how do I request my calls statement

Please click (here Manage your EE billing account) 

On this page you can see for itemised billing you need to call on 150.

And if you read non standard charges terms and conditions you will find in there it will cost you extra £2 each month.

You can only get your dial number call details if you have itemised billing on your account. To find out this if you have itemised billing on open your my ee web account and you will see SEE ITEMISED USAGE

Click on that it will show you your call details,

It will cost you £2 a month but you can not see your call details backwards but you can see your call details afterwards to activate itemised billing on your account.

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

If you don't have itemized billing on your account then I am sorry you can't get that,

We are unable to add itemisation on previous bills, so we are only able to add itemisation going forward.

I need a number called on 31st of may. I'm paying direct debit monthly payments. So won't be able to get last bill dialed call numbers it that right?
