Thanks for coming to community 🙂

 

We always send you a text to confirm when a top-up is successfully added to your phone.

 

If your credit hasn't updated within 24 hours, please call customer services on:

 

  • 150 from your EE phone 
  • 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

Tip: you can check your pay as you go credit any time.

 

Just text AL to 150.

 

Last but not least, have you tried turning the phone off and then on again?
