Could not send message with EE - Error 50.

Got a upgrade but keep getting this when I try to text anyone. Can phone people but can't txt. Anyone know what's going on??

I'm on a 4gee phone contract. No not able to receive any messages, and when I phone anyone it says unknown number. Tried putting my old sim into the phone, that seems to of worked for now. But I'm guessing that it will stop working g at some point.

This sounds like the new SIM card has not been registered for you.

 

If you can get in touch with our customer service team.

 

They will be able to get the SIM registered for you.
