Conditional forwarding

When my husband tries to phone me he gets a message conditional forwarding then it cuts off. I have no problem receiving calls from anyone else.

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Could you and your husband both clear all of your call diverts?

 

To do this, type ##002**11# into your phone keypad and press dial.

 

This will clear any call diverts that are set up.

Can he call other numbers without getting this message?

 

Also, can you receive texts from him?

I am using a samsung Galaxy s8. Yes he can make calls to everyone except me. I can receive and make calls to everyone else. Just him to me that is the issue.

Have you recently ported from another network?

 

Is this happening in multiple locations?

I have been with ee since it was T mobile. It happens every where all the time. I have spoken to technical support and they haven't been able to help.

Hes on voda and they have run all the diagnostics also. Ee told me it was my husbands phone and voda told my husband it must be my phone. Very frustrating.
