Casting

My new phone experia za 2 has casting problems. Keeps loosing volume and then disconnects

@JustJason007 I’m really sorry to hear this.  I think it’s best to contact customer services on 150 and somebody will be able to assist you. Please let us know how you get on .

What device are you using to cast (Apple TV, Chromecast etc). 

 

What are you casting (YouTube etc)

I am using Chromecast. , Google home. It works on my old experia phone
and my old HTC phone.

That is your problem here not your device. The latest update us causing people various issues. 

 

Try using a third party casting app from the play store to see if that has the same issues.
