I have been away previously and everything ok. I have paid for the texts to use abroad but no one is receiving them when i send???

@Kelss . Are your message sending or not or is it that the recipient is not receiving them ?

I’ll ask anyway,
1, Are putting 44 or +44 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?
2, You have restarted the device since you go to your destination?
3, Have you used this device abroad before?
4, Have you enabled call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online account or via the My EE app ?
5, What device is it ?
6, Are you a contract or PAYG customer ?
7, And where about’s are you?

Are you able to try manually connecting to another network?
This is done in Settings, Mobile Networks/More Networks, then Network Operators.
