Cant make any calls including my provider EE in Australia, and paid for add on

Just arrived in Australia and have paid for the roaming add on to allow me to make call, text and use data.

 

I'm able to receive and send text, use data but cant make any calls?. 

 

When I try and make a call it says it's not provided and request I call my provider, but when i do this the same coice message come up so back to square one.

 

Please help

Hi @Jackotaylor94 

 

Try activating roaming.

 

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
