Cant buy bundle T-Mobile

Can't buy any bundle my first aim was the 5 day web pack by texting web to 441 but currently says 

 

Sorry, we couldn't recognise your request. Please try again.

 

And any other i can make texts and receive

Hello, I have the same problem. Trying the whole day, SP10, SMART10, PACK10. You can't still recognise the request
