Cannot see my mobile usage

Seem to be able to log in partly to account. When I want to check usage, am being told to register number, but this is already registered.

Welcome to the community.

 

Have you already registered your mobile number?

 

Could you try entering it when you're asked for it and see if you get an error message?

Yes, have tried inputting my number but says the number is already registered. Yes, it's my number.
