@LKF57 have you turned the device off/on ? Did you enable roaming on your EE account? This can be done via the My EE app or online.
You’ll also need to enable international and call abroad so you can call back to the UK if you choose.

Welcome to the community.
If you're with us on a pay monthly account, your roaming and international calls may need activated.
You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call abroad and Premium rate calls > They will show as ticked if you're set up to use your phone abroad.
If these are not ticked, can you set this up?
