Can't use the app to find out how much data I have left for the month

Want to know how much data I have left on my pay monthly plan for the month but both the my ee app and texting the word BALANCE to 150 fail to furnish me with this information. I am told to check back later, but exactly how much later is unapaparent as it seems to be an ongoing problem.

 

Is it legal to withhold this information from me?

How long have you been experiencing this?

 

Have you got the latest version of the app installed?

Have you tried texting “AL” to 150? 

 

I always use use this instead of checking with MyEE app.
