Can't activate sim

Hi, I upgraded my phone on Friday but my sim still doesn't work, I have tried doing it on the website but it doesn't work.

Where did you purchase your upgrade?

 

Are you an existing EE customer or were you moving from T-Mobile/Orange?

I did the upgrade at at Carphone Warehouse. I was already on EE.

I would have expected your SIM to be activated within 24 hours.

 

Please get in touch with customer service and we'll make sure it's activated ASAP for you.
