Can not log in on android phone but fine on Windows computer

Always get message saying either email address or password incorrect when trying to log in to My EE on android phone (motorola G4).Have tried re loading app to no avail.Any ideas. Cheers Tony.

Sorry to hear it's still not working!

 

If you deleted and re-downloaded the app I would speak to one of our Tech Team.

 

If you click EE on the get in touch page there's an option for live chat.

 

The team will be able to investigate for you!

Hello @Tony10 sorry to hear you are having problems logging in to the app. How long have you been unable to log in for? The EE website is down for maintenance currently and account access through the app is not working either. Did you restart the phone in between deleting the app and installing again? This will clear the phones temporary memory removing any left over bugged files. 🙂

Have you registered for My EE previously either as a pay as you go customer? Or have you been on Orange or T-Mobile before? 

 

Have you tried to log in from a desktop or is it the mobile device only that you are having problems logging in with?

 

If so you may need to clear your cache and delete your cookies.  To do that please have a look at our My EE – Problems logging in  post.

 

If you can't solve the problem, then have a look at our Help with logging into My EE help and support pages.

 

Let me know if you get sorted out.

Hi,

I did as you suggested and switched off phone for a while and then re loaded  the app, but same fault persists.Ican see the balance page but then when I look for example at current usage it asks me to log  in,thats when the problem occurs.

Iwas a T Mobile customer until Igot android phone with EE sim card.All works well when I log in on windows desktop.

When you transfer from T-Mobile or Orange you need to re-register for My EE.

 

Did you re-register?

Still can not log in on My EE app on android. Can log in on Desktop

My EE app will show my current balance on home page but when I look at data usage I have to log in.This is where it always says I have entered incorrect email address or password.I always log straight in with same email address and password when on computer.Any ideas welcome.

Hello @Tony10 sorry to hear you are still having problems accessing the MYEE app. Are you able to log in using the app on another device? This will confirm if the fault lies with your device specifically or with your MYEE account. 🙂

Hello @Tony10 I have merged your threads to keep things a little simpler. 

 

As @Karen_C mentioned did you register for a new MYEE account when you migrated or are you trying to log in using your old T-Mobile username or password? If you have registered for a new MYEE account try resetting/changing your password online and trying again with a new one. 🙂

Have you clearing your browser history?

 

Also what device are you using?
