My new Samsung S8 arrived today. Love the phone, made a bad choice with the colour! Please can I take it back to my local store to swap it for another colour?

No because the EE retail store is different to the online store. You would have to contact EE CS on 150, cancel and return your handset (within the 14 day cooling off period) and then reorder.

As @Northerner mentioned above, if you have taken out the contract through our Direct sales channels (online or through our call centre), you will have the option of returning the device within 14 days and re-ordering a colour that you prefer.
