Hi @johnbarr66jb

You can check data balance on EE.co.uk and after log to My EE. If you are not registered yet first you must register. This device should recognise faster data transmission and effortlessy connect to 4G.

Using any connected device, just browse to add-on.ee.co.uk/status to see your usage and remaining usage.

Connect to it over WiFi from your devices by supplying its WiFi pwd to its SSID in the list of WiFi networks.

To administer it browse to http://192.168.1.1 & login as admin/admin.

Hello @johnbarr66jb you can check your 4GEE Wi-Fi data allowance by accessing http://add-on.ee.co.uk.

To manage your 4GEE Wi-Fi device download the Alcatel Link app from your devices app store to manage your connection, settings and text messages or access http://192.168.1.1.

Your devices username and password are set to admin/admin by default
