So my Barclays mobile app is just not working on my samsung s8.
When I get the option to enter my details, I am stuck on one page and cant scroll down to click "next".
It's almost as if the display is too large for the app.
Has anyone experienced this?

Hello @xitsmike does the fault still happen after restarting your phone? Have you got a decent internet connection to test it on? If it still does not work try deleting the app, restarting your phone to clear its temporary memory first then downloading again. 🙂

Is the app up to date?
Have you tried Uninstalling and reinstalling.
I used the Barclays app on my S6 Edge and finally set it up yesterday on my S8+
It works fine for me.
Also have you altered your firmware in anyway like rooting. Has Knox tripped? This would stop Barclays from working.

The app is up to date, I've actually restarted my phone 3 times and re-installed the app as well.
I just can't click "next" on the first page where i put my name, sort code etc.
My dad managed to get it working on his samsung s8 completely fine, it just seems like I'm the only one with this problem! It's super frustrating, I'm not really sure what else I can do to be honest!

Thanks for coming back to the community to share your answer.
I use the same app and iv'e had that problem before so youv'e now helped prepare me for what to do, should it happen again. (not that I want to see my ballance)
