i have activated the BT Sport casting 3 month trial, but when trying to cast to Chromecast, the app says, "Sorry, you haven't enabled BT Sport Casting yet. Text SPORT to 150 to add this to your account".
So to double check, I text SPORT to 150 and it comes back telling me it is now included for 3 months free trial, then £10 per month.
I have uninstalled the BT Sport app and reinstalled it on my Galaxy S8+, but it still says I haven't activated it when I have.

Hi, I activated this over a week ago....
I first left it a couple of days, then when it still wasn't working, left it another week.
I tried to speak to the customer service team, but after going through the usual press this for this and that for that, being on hold for 20 mins, I got through and was then cut off while on hold being transferred to the Tech dept..

I assume you mean in the text?
I did not get a request to reply back. I have checked directly in my add ons and it says it is activated.

Here are the exact words in the text just so it is clear:
"BT Sport on your EE phone or connected device is inclusive in your MAX Plan. Your Free casting runs out 30 Nov 2018 after that you will be paying £10 per month to cast your BT Sport to multiple devices including your TV. To cancel casting text STOP SPORT to 150."
This would imply that it is all set up!
However I still get the below message
