BT SPORT ON REPLACEMENT DEVICE

I currently watch BT sport on an Android phone. I have just bought a newer model and wish to use BT sport app on the new phone.. instructions say that I just need to log in on the new device.  I cannot remember having a BT ID but I assume I must have. If I can find my log in details then do I need to delete the app from my old phone first?before installing it on my new phone.... If I can't find log in details,  is there a way of retrieving them?

Re: BT SPORT ON REPLACEMENT DEVICE

@Arao99  You setup a BT sport account when you first set it up  just use the forgot my password on the app. ( BT sport app)

Re: BT SPORT ON REPLACEMENT DEVICE

Thanks very much for your reply... I did that an hour ago and it didn't seem to have worked, but there must have been some sort of delay updating the account as it has just started working again... All ok now! Thanks again
