Awful phone signal all of the time

For a while now inhave had awful signal for my phone. To the point where I cant have a phone conversation and I have to resort to messaging.

It says i have a decent coverage when I have checked and I have tried rebooting my phone and also turning airplane mode on and off as I saw a suggestion to do.

My contract includes unlimited minutes and I can barely use these.

So this would render me having a phone contract useless, especially with unlimited minutes.

This has been going on for a while and I am just not happy with the situation.

I may aswell just change network  providers because I am finding it ridiculous now.

Kind regards vicki

@vickig   Is this in all locations or just one area?

Re: Awful phone signal all of the time

Mainly within my home I've been experiencing problems.

I've checked the coverage and it states it should be pretty decent

Hi @vickig

Welcome to the community.

Do you know about our WiFi calling service? It may help you keep connected while in the house.

Re: Awful phone signal all of the time

I've tried wi fi calling since suggested yesterday and the signal is just the same as it was without it on.

So I dont know what to do...it's alot of money to pay out each month and I can't make a proper phone call.
